Ross and his fantastic team run this classic Amercian 50’s style diner in Harvey Bay. The place is filled with all things retro and that included the menu. Classic burgers, crazy shakes and spiders made all in house. To make these amazing shakes and spiders Ross was using regular ice cream stored in freezers and space was becoming an issue. When we first spoke to Ross the main concern was the space needed for the soft serve machine but when we told him the footprint of our ST machine was only 20cm wide he was convinced. It now sits perfectly in its little space doing its job to help create the best shakes and sundaes in town.
